Vaccine Exemptions

“NO SHOTS=NO SCHOOL” ISN’T TRUE.

In the state of North Dakota, we have all available exemptions in place. If you are told your child cannot attend school without being up-to-date on his or her vaccines, please know that statement is a lie. YOU can delay. YOU can choose to have your child receive some or all or none of them. YOU can stop at anytime or get them on schedule. The choice is yours!

Should you decide that you want to use an exemption, all you need to do is fill out the form, sign & date it, and turn it into your child’s school office by October 1st. It really is that simple!
